ANTIQUE MID VICTORIAN ENGLISH 18K BLUE ENAMEL & DIAMOND SCREW EARRINGS c1860
A pair of antique English, solid 18 carat gold (tests thereabouts) earrings; with later screw fasteners, and set with tiny old cut diamonds between bands of blue enamel decoration.
Lovely quality, so pretty & very collectible...wearable too!
CONDITION: Generally very good. Slight signs of wear & some enamel loss commensurate with age and use. Wires old replacements.
DATE/MARKS: Around 1860/70. Wires marked '14k'.
DIMENSIONS: Faces 12 x 9 mm (1 inch = 25.4 mm). To give an impression of scale, the coin is 19 mm or ¾ of an inch diameter.
WEIGHT: Approx. 3.1 grams together.
