An antique English 18 carat gold (tests thereabouts) fob / charm, modelled as a maiden carrying a basket, decorated with vitreous enameling and set with an agate seal, as yet uncut
A lovely little Georgian seal...very collectible & perfect for wear on a chain or charm bracelet!
CONDITION: Generally good. Some enamel loss commensurate with age and use - see pictures.
DATE/MARKS: Around 1780/1800. Not marked.
DIMENSIONS: 29 mm long, seal 13 x 11 mm (1 inch = 25.4 mm).
