Bloodstone L'amite Seal Fob

An antique English very heavily gold filled fob; beautifully made, and set with a high quality polished bloodstone agate seal, depicting a bird bath with two doves below the word 'L'amite'.

A high quality, very pretty, wonderfully collectable fob - very wearable too!

CONDITION: All original and very good. Slightest signs of wear commensurate with age and use. Seal perfect.

DEFECTS: None.

DATE/MARKS: Around 1840. Not marked.

DIMENSIONS: 23 mm tall, base 12 x 14 mm (1 inch = 25.4 mm). WEIGHT: Approx. 4.2 grams.
