A scarce antique English, solid 22 carat gold (tests thereabouts) charm/pendant, beautifully modelled as a crowned heart, set with rose cut diamonds to both sides of the bail and a deep red-orange coral cabochon.
So pretty, very collectable & wearable too!
CONDITION: All original and very, very good. Slightest signs of wear commensurate with age and use.
