A fabulous quality antique English solid 15 carat gold (tests thereabouts) brooch, set with a row of lustrous natural pearls surrounding a foiled, faceted bright yellow natural citrine. Below are three heart shaped articulated drops, the largest a vivid natural foiled ruby, flanked by a rock crystal and sapphire / iolite.

CONDITION: All original and very,very good. Minimal signs of wear to stone faces & facets. C clasp an old replacement.
