An antique English, low carat rose gold (tests around 6/7 carat) hinged bangle / bracelet; with finely hand engraved designs and applied rose & yellow gold floral decoration.
A lovely Victorian period bangle - collectable and fabulously wearable!
CONDITION: All original and very very good. Slight signs of wear, and very faint denting commensurate with age and use. Some loss to decoration, see pics. Could do with a light clean.
DATE/MARKS: Around 1880/90. Not marked.
DIMENSIONS: Band 29 mm wide, internal circumference 6 ½ inches, internal diameter 57 x 49 mm (1 inch = 25.4 mm).
