Purchases are shipped worldwide from the UK using Royal Mail postal services. All items are shipped within 3 days of receiving cleared payment. We offer a fast, reliable and fully insured service from start to finish. Our rates are very reasonable and are based on the actual cost of the postage and insurance with a minimal additional charge for packaging to cover our costs. Shipping rates are dependent upon the destination, the weight of the package and the value of the contents (i.e. whether higher than normal levels of insurance are required for your purchase).
Within the UK – All items are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery with charges starting at $11.00.
Overseas – Your purchases will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. This premium service is available to many countries worldwide and is a combination service providing full end-to-end tracking, signature requirement on delivery and online delivery confirmation with prices starting at $16.00 / $18.00. For destinations not covered by the above, we use Royal Mail International Signed at a similar starting price of $16.00 / $18.00.

Europe: Delivery to Europe should take from 3 to 5 working days
Worldwide: Delivery to countries outside Europe should take from 5 to 7 working days

Easy Returns & Exchanges
With CJ Antiques, satisfaction is guaranteed and customers can be confident that both our descriptions and photos are always completely honest. In the unlikely event that a mistake is made, we will take whatever action is required to resolve the issue openly and without prejudice. For example: if an item is NOT properly and accurately described, we will gladly refund 100% of the costs (including shipping). If an item IS properly and accurately described, but the customer has a change of heart or if by chance they misread or did not read the description properly etc., then this is not our fault, and we will charge a restocking fee of 10% (or less, depending on the cost of the item) this is to cover our time and costs etc. and obviously under these circumstances shipping costs will not be not refundable. If a customer has any concerns regarding any purchase, rest assured we will do our utmost to please and to reach a mutually satisfactory conclusion.
