We're located in the North of England, in Cheshire. We travel all over the UK & Europe to source our stock.

CJAntiquesLtd.com is set up to accept US dollars, but we can take orders from anywhere in the world! We use a shopify payment system who will charge you a conversion based on their current rate. 

We ship worldwide using a fully insured and trackable service.

For most of the rings in our collection, we're pleased to offer a resizing service for a nominal fee. Just send us a message beforehand to confirm if resizing is possible and to inquire about the associated cost. Unfortunately, we're unable to provide repair services for items. Our pieces are sold as they come to us, typically with a light cleaning. However, we may be able to help source replacement gemstones for damaged or missing ones on occasion. Please reach out to us first to discuss your specific needs. We're here to assist you in any way we can!

We're delighted to provide insurance valuations for items purchased from our collection. However, we regret that we're unable to offer valuations for items that we don't currently stock or haven't sold in the past. If you have any questions or require assistance with valuations for items you've purchased from us, please don't hesitate to get in touch. We're here to help!

At CJ Antiques, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we pride ourselves on honesty and transparency in both our descriptions and photos. In the unlikely event of any discrepancies, we're committed to resolving the issue openly and fairly.

If an item is inaccurately described, we will gladly issue a refund. However, if an item is accurately described and a customer simply has a change of heart or misreads the description, we charge a 20% restocking fee to cover our time and costs. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable in these circumstances.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the original item, and only after prior agreement with us. Please contact us first if you encounter any issues or have questions regarding your purchase.

It's important to note that items that have been modified or resized are non-returnable. We want to ensure that all our customers are fully aware of this policy.

Layaway items are only returnable for store credit if agreed upon.

We exclusively procure our inventory from trusted sources and dealers. However, if you're seeking assistance in finding a particular item or have questions about where to locate specific pieces, please don't hesitate to reach out. While we may not be able to directly fulfill your request, we're more than happy to offer guidance and point you in the right direction. Don't hesitate to get in touch, and we'll do our best to assist you!

We strive to accommodate payment terms whenever possible. Typically, this involves requesting a non-refundable deposit upfront, with the remaining balance due within 45 days.
