Ancient Roman Intaglio Signet Ring

An antique solid 9 carat gold signet ring; finely made, set with an ancient Roman hardstone intaglio depicting a well / scales (or similar).

Most intriguing, so collectible & ready to wear!

CONDITION: Very good. Slight signs of wear commensurate with age and use. One or two small chips to seal.

DATE/MARKS: Seal ancient Roman, mounted around 1900. Stamped '9ct'.

DIMENSIONS: Seal 14 x 10 mm (1 inch = 25.4 mm). 

RING SIZE: O or 7.5 US (easily sized within reason).

WEIGHT: Approx. 2.7 grams.
