This antique half hoop ring boasts an elegant design with 3 striking natural sapphires and four dazzling old cut diamonds. Crafted from buttery 18k gold, the centrepiece is a large and vibrant 75 point natural sapphire. With intricate scrolled detailing on the gallery, it dates back to the Victorian era, around 1880.
